I have forgotten my password and the user name. please help.

    NKT !!!! The KRA systems are not convinient can they plz improve there system . why cant they make a good password reserter like other system. why wait for long time and alot of procedures to get your password.

    Man KRA style up!! Hizi fake instructions hazi work, there's no "forgot password" under online services. Maze sort this issue asap you pussies!! NKT!!!!!!!!!!

    THE REASON AM CHANGING MY OLD PASSWORD IN THE 1ST PLACE IS BECAUSE I CAN'T REMEMBER THE *DAMN OLD PASSWORD*... SO WHY THE FUCK DO YOU REQUIRE ME TO KEY IN THE *CORRECT OLD PASSWORD* IN THE 'RESET PASSWORD PROCEDURE' AND AM GOING THAT PROCESS BECAUSE I CAN'T SEEM TO RECALL THE *FUCKING OLD PASSWORD* TF!!
    Update the your freaking system KRA and Y'all better not be taxing me for income am not even earning in the 1st place.
