You can visit any KRA office with a copy of your National ID to get details on your PIN. Alternatively, simply send an email to controlroom@kra.go.ke to get details of your PIN sent to your mailbox

    KRA guys don`t send PIN details on your mailbox as they say. They just refer you to their offices or Huduma center for assistance. They must correct that statement of sending PIN details to your mailbox it`s misleading. Peace.

    This is so archaic. kwani what is so secretive about a KRA number that you cannot sms someone for example. and you force one to have to visit several offices to recover it. the KRA number is for us to use, but only benefits KRA not me. so why should i want steal someones KRA and how will that benefit me? NSSF and NHIF provide an sms way for one to recover such. style up guys!!!

    ...i too is waiting for the pin. Kama ungekuwa wewe ndo unachelewa kutuma tax saa hii ungekuwa kortini. Why iTax when emailing a pin alone number is hoaxing? Really ashamed to a citizen of this country!!!!

    KRA is so unfair when retreving peoples pin but also very panctual at the end of the month to correct taxes....bullshit
