In order to keep security and confidentiality of taxpayers’ data we don’t reveal a
taxpayer’s PIN on phone, email, or third parties.
We can never be sure
of the true identity of the requester. That is why we insist the
taxpayer has to visit the nearest KRA office for identification before
he/she is given the PIN.

I have sent my details via the email posted how long does it take to send the pin to my email.
