You can visit any KRA office with a copy of your National ID to get
details on your PIN. Alternatively, simply send an email to controlroom@kra.go.ke to get details of your PIN sent to your mailbox

I have forgoten my pin no
In order to keep security and confidentiality of taxpayers’ data we don’t reveal a
taxpayer’s PIN on phone, email, or third parties.
We can never be sure of the true identity of the requester. That is why we insist the taxpayer has to visit the nearest KRA office for identification before he/she is given the PIN.
