For
the security and confidentiality of taxpayers’ data we don’t reveal a
taxpayer’s PIN on phone, email, or third parties.
We can never be sure
of the true identity of the requester. That is why we insist the
taxpayer has to visit the nearest KRA office for identification before
he/she is given the PIN.
However
if you have you need to confirm the details of a PIN of a third party
which is in your possession please use the PIN CHECKER link on www.kra.go.ke
